17 February 2026I started ordering flowers for my aunt who is in a nursing home several months ago. During my search for a florist, I came across Always Beautiful. I called to make sure they delivered to where my aunt is a resident. They answered all my questions. Were very polite, helpful, and had a can-do attitude! This proved to be true because every order I place was delivered promptly and was beautiful. When I ordered an arrangement on January 30th for upcoming Valentine's Day, I received a notice that it had been delivered. I waited a while for my aunt to call but she didn't. I called her and she had not received them. In spite of the text I received. I called the florist and he checked with the driver but was unable to get in contact with him. He then told me that he would redo the arrangement and deliver it himself immediately. He did and my aunt loved it. She sent me a picture and it was truly beautiful. The customer service that I was providing is truly amazing. I cannot recommend Always Beautiful Florist enough. Their arrangements are beautiful, reasonably priced, and the customer service is beyond excellent!
